All fees are to be agreed between the parties, as are timings and collection procedures. We suggest that you agree a time frame and the delivery or collection method and confirm via email so that there can be no confusion later.

Anyone who is found to be in breach of our terms and conditions or that is found to be conducting business in an unprofessional manner is at risk of having their membership revoked.
